About This Position:
You will be answering incoming phone calls from American Express Card customers. You will have a fixed 40 hr/per week schedule, which may include day/evening/overnight shifts. Weekend shifts are required.How Much Does This Job Pay?
These are hourly pay positions where you will earn an average of $15.73 per hour or more based upon prior work experience and performance on the job as an American Express Home Based Customer Care Professional. Top performers earn over $20 per hour (rate includes base salary plus incentive dollars). WAH employees also receive benefits, including retirement programs,and comprehensive medical, dental and vision plans.The company provides paid training at home as well as continuing education courses.
What Are The Requirements For This Job?
You should have a 4-year college degree or 4 years experience in customer service. Some knowledge of credit card practices is preferred, as well as previous work at home customer service experience.You must be proficient in keyboarding and navigating a windows environment and have PC troubleshooting skills.
A home computer, high speed Internet and dedicated analog phone line will also be required for this job.
